The weight. Swimming is very good to refresh the body, but it’s not the best way to reduce the weight because the water can low body’s temperature and increase the appetite.
The risk. Jogging increases the effect of sunlight to the skin, causes dehydration and sight problems. Bicycling increases the effect of pollution and perhaps, accident. Chlorine in the swimming pool water can dry the skin and bring respiration problems.
Avoidance. Jogging is not recommended for those who have heart disease. Bicycling is not recommended for those who have joints problem. Almost everyone is allowed to swim, except them who have hydrophobia.
The power of upper body. Jogging and bicycling don’t use the power of upper body too much. Swimming uses the power of upper body much.
The disadvantages. Jogging is not good for feet’s joints, knee and hips joint. Bicycling makes continuous stress in the lower part of stomach. Swimming is relatively safe, it doesn’t break knee or hip, and exhausted because of the heat of the sun.
