cardio exercises and almost everyone does those exercises. For your

disadvantages. Jogging is not good for feet’s joints, knee and hips joint.
Bicycling makes continuous stress in the lower part of stomach. Swimming is
relatively safe, it doesn’t break knee or hip, and exhausted because of the
